This is a “down to the bare walls” rehab, everything has been built back new and ADA compliant. We anticipate the work being complete in June 2026 and will be offering office spaces for rent after July 1, 2026.

Primas Brennan Consulting

Primas Brennan Consulting (PBCI), established in 2010, provides business management consulting and marketing services for small businesses and non-profit organizations.  Past work has included project management for a variety of organizations and projects, strategic planning and planning retreats, facilitation of monthly business owner’s roundtable, and small business start-up assistance, including newsletters (Constant Contact), blogs, website design and maintenance.

We specialize in small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Owner and principal consultant is Caron Primas Brennan has deep roots in Villa Park.

Her grandfather Oscar Primas, and his brothers, owned Primas Brothers Ice Cream and Medorose Ice Cream, located at 105 W St Charles Rd, Villa Park in the 1940s through 1960s. Her father, Aaron Primas, also had his business, Primas Food Products, in Villa Park. In the early 1980s, she owned Caron’s Quilting Corner (CQC), located at 27 E Park Blvd, which she ran with her aunt. CQC sold fabric, quilting supplies and offered classes in quilting. During that time, Caron also started the Ardmore Prairie Path Business Association (1984-85) to promote businesses in the Ardmore retail area and was a candidate for Villa Park Village Clerk in 1985.

After graduating from Willowbrook High School, Caron attended and graduated from College of DuPage (Nursing), DePaul University (Bachelor of Science) and National Louis University with a Master’s in Business Administration. She also earned a Certificate in Business Administration from the Center for Enterprise Development, a partner with University of Illinois – Chicago (UIC). Following a lifetime passion for history and genealogy, Caron is a long-time member of the Villa Park Historical Society and recently joined their Board. She is also the Executive Director of the Iroquois Theatre Fire Historical Society (https://iroquoistheatrefire.org/) and a Director for the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Anan Harmon Chapter (Glen Ellyn).

Caron and her husband, Bruce Brennan, reside in Villa Park and have two sons, two grandchildren, and a pampered Bichon Frise dog.
